Our Board
The Edgewood Civic Association's boundaries cover the north beginning at North Capital Street and Michigan Avenue to 9th Street. On the east by the westbound tracks of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad to New York Avenue, NE; thence along Florida Avenue, NE to North Capital Street to Michigan Avenue, NE. The Edgewood Civic Association consist of a Board of Directors (elected officials) who are a committed group of stakeholders, whose mission is to build and sustain a diverse community based upon its three principals: To Enhance, to educate and to advocate on behalf of all ciitizens who live, work, and are educated or worship within the Edgewood-Eckington communities boundaries.

Our Mission
To enhance the quality of life by educating the members of the community concerning city wide programs such as housing, urban renewal, and public works by empowering all members of the community by involving them in the revitalization of all the neighborhoods within the Edgewood Civic Association boundaries and to design programs for the youth to energize and involve them in civic duties and responsibilities.
